Delete your Dotglot account
In the app
Open Dotglot → My profile → Edit profile → Delete account → confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email hello@dotglot.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send the request from the email address linked to your account. If your account uses a phone number, include that number in your message.
We will delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, including your name, contact details and photo.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as completed orders and payment documents, are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
